Air Museum
Had a great time at the H.A.R.S (Historical Aircraft Restoration Museum) at Albion Park Regional Airport last Sunday.
If you’re interested in aircraft and like to look at them up close then this is the place to go.
The below photo is of the restored and flying PBY Catalina A24-362 sea plane.

Pelicans at Lake Illawarra.
It was such a beautiful day for a bike ride around lake Illawarra and Shellharbour where I managed to capture this photo of Pelicans all in a row.
WHY? No.2
Why is it that whenever your walking through a shopping centre or on the footpath/sidewalk that people can’t walk on the correct side (ie the left for Australia).
It seems to me that people these days are turning into a bunch of buffoons and imbeciles that don’t care that there other people around.
C’mon people wake up to yourselves.
But that’s only my opinion.
A trip to the cinemas
I went to the movies last night and was very disappointed.
Firstly we (wife 2 kids & me) went about a half an our before the start of the movie at 3.30pm (a childrens movie) the line up wasn’t too bad as there were plenty of staff on the checkout, now we paid for our tickets, we didn’t know how much they were as there isn’t any price lists around, we didn’t buy any popcorn or drinks so it was just the tickets which were $42.
We moved away from the counter and headed towards the cinema but firstly we checked to see how much each ticket was, sometimes they have adults at childrens prices, and to my suprise 3 of the tickets were for family prices and 1 was for single price, now I don’t know about you but I always thought that a family ticket was for 4 or more.
Secondly we went into the cinema about 10 minutes before the start of the movie at 3.50pm sat there for 10 minutes and the lights went out and for the next 15 -20 minutes had to sit there and watch ads, now I don’t know about you but I can sit at home and watch ads for nothing on TV so I didn’t particularly appreciate having to pay for the privilege, and then for another 10 minutes watching trailers for other movies, which by now had put the movie that I went there to see 30 minutes behind schedule. I was also pretty disappointed with movie as well.
And Thirdly when the lights came on we sat there and waited to see who the voices of the characters were and I looked aver to my left and about 6 seats away from me was a sear covered in popcorn and lollie wrappers and my wife and I, even my kids, thought people are such pigs.
So I’ve decided that I won’t be in any hurry to go to the movies any time soon.
But that’s only my opinion.
WHY?
Why is it that when ever people stop to talk to other people that they know at a shopping centre they always stand in the middle of the walkway instead of moving over to one side?
MOVE OUT OF THE BLOODY WAY YOU BUNCH OF IMBECILES!!
Come on people what ever happened to showing other people a bit courtesy?
But that’s only my opinion.
